How To Make An Origami Bookmark: Step-By-Step Instructions

1. Creating a Triangle with a Square Paper

Start with a square piece of paper set down flat in front of you. Take the bottom corner of the square sheet of paper and fold it up to meet the top corner of the page to form a triangle.

2. Folding the Top Corner Down

You should be left with a triangular shape like the image above. Next up, take the front flap of the top corner of the triangle and fold it down to meet the bottom of the paper. You should have something that looks like the following step.

3. Folding and Tucking the Bottom Corners

The white represents the inside of the paper in the image above. If your design is looking like this, fold both the bottom right and left corners up and tuck them behind the little pocket where the arrows on the illustration are pointing.
